I don't agree with those, who are crying against the measures that the Monti Government has decided to combate the budget deficit.  I mostly agree with the big measures and also with the small ones.

The Chinese see the handling of Climate Change as a "carbon reduction" problem. This is deeply flawed and will not resolve the problem. No carbon reduction plan will ever stop the increase of CO2 in the next 30 years significantly. There are other ways to go......
