Among 221 countries, Italy is on place 207 and Germany on place 218 measuring birth/population. How can they pretend to survive without Immigration??

Italy still growing by 0.42% on place 156,    Germany,  on place 211  belongs to the 33 countries with shrinking population (-021).   Spain  145 (0.57), UK 147 (0.56)   France  150 (0.5),  and United States 118 (0.96),   Germany, South Africa and Japan are bigger economies with shrinkin population
